Looking Ahead with Attorney General-Elect Keith Ellison

Minnesota Congressman Keith Ellison will be leaving Washington, D. C. soon to become Minnesota's Attorney General after a hard-fought election win this fall. It was the closest margin of victory for Ellison, who was a state representative in the Minnesota legislature for four years and is leaving the U.S. House after representing Minnesota's 5th District for 12 years.

Ellison talked about the challenges ahead of him when he takes office in January, including his plans to travel around the state and hear what Minnesotans want from his office and what it will be like to serve in a constitutional office instead of a legislative one.
