Sparking Conversation Through Paintings
With an extensive art resume that includes multiple public art installations and several current work hanging in restaurants and galleries around the Twin Cities. Most recently you can find Christopheraaron’s work adorning the walls of the new CHS Field, home of the Saint Paul Saints, and, selected out of thousands of applications, he has four paintings in US Bank Stadium, home of the Minnesota Vikings. He is also working with the John Bigger Seed Project, a public art project with the City of Minneapolis Public Works, the University of Minnesota’s Urban Research Department and Obsidian Arts Gallery.
Christopheraaron currently works as an Assistant Principal at Perpich Arts High School. He has found beautiful ways to blend his love of youth empowerment, art and community through several of his public art murals and city projects, many of which are in partnership with young artists.
Christopheraaron Deanes was part of the April 2018 event Art Is…Show & Tales, curated by Ta-Coumba Aiken.
